Amy is a hybrid with both agency & brand-side experience, and degrees in economics & design. From multiple vantage-points, she understands how your brand ethos works to build your business.
As a strategic creative director she’s interested in defining and expressing the unique voice of each client, and has a passion for supporting brands with positive impact for people and planet.

ART DIRECTOR
Brittany is a Georgia-based designer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in strategic branding, web, and print design. She has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, delivering thoughtful, high-impact visuals that align with business goals. Her approach combines creativity with a focus on functionality and brand strategy.

MAYA NORBU
APPRENTICE DESIGNER
Maya began apprenticing with Amy in April of 2024 and hasn’t looked back. She loves the way design combines artistry and problem solving to uncover interesting and exciting solutions.
In addition to supporting with projects at the Identity Collective, she’s studying design online at Shillington.Maya got her BA in art history and architecture at Middlebury College, and now lives in Marble, Colorado with her dog and boyfriend and his two mean cats.
